Return policy

The following return policy applies only to purchases made online. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within ten (10) days of receipt of your order, except for items identified as non-exchangeable or non-refundable, and subject to restrictions for certain categories and the following conditions. If the returned item reaches us more than ten days after your receipt of the order, we can unfortunately no longer offer you a reimbursement or exchange.

In order to benefit from a return:

  • your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it;
  • it must be in the original packaging; and
  • you must provide us with your receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the sole discretion to determine whether or not you are eligible for a return depending on the circumstances.

There are certain situations where we may decide that no reimbursement is possible or that only a partial reimbursement can be given, for example if the item is not in its original packaging or condition, is damaged or has some parts missing.

REIMBURSEMENTS

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision as to whether or not we will approve or reject your return. If it is approved, then your reimbursement will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or missing reimbursement

If you have not yet received your reimbursement, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your reimbursement is officially displayed. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a reimbursement is displayed.

SHIPPING THE RETURNED ITEM

To return a product, you must send it to 1805 Autoroute Jean-Noël-Lavoie, Laval, QC H7L 3W3.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs to return your item and all costs associated with the return, including but not limited to delivery insurance and re-shipping charges, if applicable. These costs are non-refundable whether or not your return is accepted.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your returned product may vary. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the returned item reaches us at the address indicated above within the prescribed time limit. We assume no responsibility for your shipment of the item, including but not limited to any delay, or for any damage or loss that may occur in connection with the shipment of the item, including but not limited to the event that the returned item reaches us damaged. If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
