ONLINE PURCHASES

This return policy applies only to purchases made on Trevi’s website. All online purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept any return, exchange, or refund, unless a part or a product is missing or damaged. This exception excludes parts and items identified as non-exchangeable or non-refundable.

 

RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR REFUND TERMS FOR MISSING OR DAMAGED PARTS OR ITEMS

  • The return request must be made within five working days of the reception of your order. We could ask you to provide photos of the damaged item for evaluation purposes.
  • Returns must be made by mail. No return in stores.
  • The part or item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The part or item must be in its original packaging.
  • The return request must include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • No exchange, return, or refund will be granted if the wrong product or dimensions are selected during the online purchase.

We reserved the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund, and this, at our entire discretion. We may also offer a partial refund if the item is not in its original packaging or condition, damaged, or if parts are missing.

 

NON-EXCHANGEABLE OR NON-REFUNDABLE PARTS AND ITEMS

Inflatable items

*Exchangeable within 48 hours of the purchase in case of manufacturing defect.

Chemicals and paint

No exchange or refund

Light bulbs, fuses, electrical parts, and electronic parts

RETURN REQUEST

To request an exchange or refund, contact us via our Help Center. Select “” in the Choose a store field.

Our customer service is open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

Once your return request has been approved, instructions for retrieving the returned item(s) will be sent to you by email.

 

REFUND

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in the following days.

 

REFUND NOT RECEIVED

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again to see if you have received the refund in the meantime.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer as there may be a delay of up to 72 hours before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. A processing time is required before a refund is posted.
  4. If the problem persists, please contact us at ventesweb@trevi.ca .

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Unused merchandise in its original packaging can be exchanged or refunded within 5 days of the purchase date upon presentation of the sales receipt.

With the exception of the following products:

Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. If a part is missing or damaged, we will provide a replacement in stores.
