How to keep fit with a training spa

Ever considered having a spa? Indeed, it is nice to relax in one after a long day at work. Trévi training spas allow you to relax but also to work out in the same bath. TheTrévi swim spa is available in three sizes: 13, 17 or 19 feet. You can either swim or weight train in it. A complete training in the comfort of your home! For swimming training, we recommend following three important steps to reach a higher level of performance. The first step is to tie yourself to the anchors with a tether belt and to swim with no jet on. You can use small elastic bands (three sizes optional). It is the best way to get used to your spa and to remain stable in it. For the second step, keep the belt on but slowly add a few water jets. Finally, when you are comfortable with the steps 1 and 2, remove the belt and simply swim with the jets on. The line at the bottom of the spa helps you remain in the middle of the bath while swimming and prevents you from touching the side walls. 

When you are done with swimming, you can train with rowers. You simply need to insert them in the anchors and start exercising. It is possible to either work your shoulder blades – your upper back, or your pectorals. You can vary the length of the elastic bands to make the exercise easier or harder depending on the desired level of strain.
