Message From Management Regarding Cedar Pools

Dear customers,

Trevi gave an interview to the reporters of Radio-Canada’s La Facture program about the premature aging of certain cedar wood pools purchased by you, our customers. 

We want to reassure you and reiterate that you have always been our priority for the past 50 years. Our mission is to provide families with unforgettable moments of happiness. We understand that some of you may be disappointed about this situation. Rest assured that we have made every effort to help you through the process and find a solution that meets your expectations while respecting the product warranty.

Only a limited number of cedar wood pools have been affected by premature aging. As each case is unique and important to us, we have analyzed them individually and will continue to do so. There is no reason to believe that this is a widespread problem. Please, do not hesitate to contact us via our Help Center if you have any questions or concerns. Our team is here to inform and assist you.
